01

Exploration

2-4 weeks

A no-commitment conversation to understand your institutional context, strategic ambitions, and whether event tourism education aligns with your portfolio.

Activities

  • Initial enquiry and 30-minute introductory call
  • Institutional context questionnaire
  • Market opportunity briefing for your region
  • Information pack provided to your academic leadership
  • Internal feasibility assessment support

Outcome

Both parties have sufficient information to decide whether to proceed to formal alignment.

02

Alignment

3-4 weeks

A structured dialogue to confirm strategic fit, agree which programme tier(s) to launch, and establish governance for the partnership.

Activities

  • Detailed partnership briefing with your academic team
  • Programme tier selection and scope agreement
  • Governance structure and reporting cadence agreed
  • Financial model presented and discussed
  • Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or Letter of Intent

Outcome

Signed agreement confirming scope, governance, and mutual commitments. Localisation begins.

03

Localisation

6-10 weeks

Adapting ISET curriculum to your institutional context, regulatory environment, local industry landscape, and delivery preferences.

Activities

  • Curriculum mapping against your national quality framework
  • Module descriptors adapted to institutional house style
  • Local case studies and industry examples integrated
  • Assessment methods aligned with your academic regulations
  • Faculty development workshops on intelligence-led pedagogy
  • AI platform configured for your institutional context

04

Validation

4-12 weeks (varies by institution)

Supporting your programme through internal academic governance — programme committees, quality boards, and (where required) external panel review.

Activities

  • Documentation prepared for your validation panel
  • External examiner or panel member recommendations
  • ISET representatives available for panel questions
  • Marketing and recruitment planning begins in parallel
  • Student-facing materials and platform access prepared

Outcome

Programme approved by your institutional governance. Recruitment can formally begin.

05

Launch

8-12 weeks before first cohort

The operational phase — recruiting students, briefing faculty, activating the platform, and preparing for the first teaching week.

Activities

  • Recruitment campaign support and co-branded materials
  • Faculty onboarding to EventZR Intelligence platform
  • Student welcome pack and platform access provisioned
  • Induction programme content finalised
  • Industry guest speaker schedule confirmed
  • First cohort commences

Outcome

First cohort enrolled and teaching begins. The programme is live.

06

Growth & Review

Ongoing (annual cycle)

Continuous improvement through shared data, student feedback, industry engagement metrics, and curriculum evolution. Expansion into additional tiers as demand supports.

Activities

  • Termly review meetings with ISET academic team
  • Student satisfaction and outcome data shared
  • Curriculum refreshed with latest sector intelligence
  • Additional tier development explored if demand warrants
  • Co-authored research and publication opportunities
  • Annual partnership review and forward planning

Outcome

A maturing, evidence-based programme that grows with your institution and the sector.

Our Approach

Principles That Guide Every Partnership

Respect for Institutional Governance

We work within your timelines, committees, and approval processes — not around them.

Transparency at Every Stage

No hidden fees, no surprise obligations. The full scope of the partnership is visible before you commit.

Academic Sovereignty

You retain 100% academic governance. You set fees. You award degrees. You decide academic policy.

Evidence-Based Growth

Expansion decisions are informed by shared data — student outcomes, market demand, institutional capacity.

Ready to Begin Stage One?

The exploration stage is entirely without commitment. It exists so that both parties can make an informed decision about whether to proceed.
